Tikkalo Polski

Terms of service

In force from 1 November 2026 (version 2026-11-01)

1. Who provides the service

Tikkalo is provided by Patryk Chlebda Consulting, ul. Marcelińska 82/7, 60-341 Poznań, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7792145202 ("we"). Contact: hello@tikkalo.com.

2. What Tikkalo is

Tikkalo is a phone app for planning lessons, marking attendance and keeping track of payments between a trainer or tutor and their clients. Tikkalo does not take or pass on money: payments go directly between the trainer and the client, and the app only records them.

3. Requirements

4. Account and contract

The contract starts when you create an account and accept these terms, and runs for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time by deleting your account in the app (Settings → Delete account); the account and its data go at once. We may end the contract with 14 days' notice, or at once if you seriously breach these terms or the law.

5. Test period (beta)

During the test period Tikkalo is free. The app is still being built: features may change and, despite our efforts, errors or interruptions may happen. Before we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance; nothing will be charged without your consent.

6. Your obligations

7. Processing your clients' data

We process the data of your clients that you enter as a trainer on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). This section is the data processing agreement between you (controller) and us (processor):

8. Liability

We do our best to keep Tikkalo working correctly, but we are not liable for the consequences of wrongly entered data or for settlements between a trainer and a client. We do not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally, or where the law does not allow it, including towards consumers.

9. Complaints

Send complaints to the email address in section 1. We reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution.

10. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes in the app at least 14 days in advance, unless a change is required by law or is in your favour. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

11. Final provisions

Polish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory law gives consumers. If the Polish and English versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
